 Meskipun di websitenya smartfren tidak disebutkan mendukung linux http://www.smartfren.com/data/ec176-2.html, tapi ternyata di dalam modemnya sudah disertakan dashboard (mobile partner) untuk modem smartfren huawei EC176-2, di tes di Ubuntu 10.04 lancar. Harusnya untuk modem Huawei tipe lain bisa juga | ||

memang, sudah terdeteksi otomatis dinetwork manager, tapi kadang2 linuxer pemula pengenya bisa sms juga buat registrasi paket
